Cancellation & Refunds policy

This page explains:

  • Whether a service is refundable or cancellable

  • Conditions for qualifying

  • How to initiate a request

  • How long processing takes

  • How delivery (“shipping”) works

This policy applies to all purchases made on mysupertutors.com.

1. Nature of Our Services (Digital Delivery Only)

All Super Tutors services are delivered electronically:

  • Downloadable / viewable written work

  • Online access to course content

  • Live virtual tutoring sessions

We do not ship physical goods. “Delivery” means “we made the digital service available to you.”

Because most items are custom and/or instantly accessible, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Writing Help (Custom Written Assignments)

Before We Start Work
If you cancel before we assign a writer/tutor or begin working on your request, we will attempt to cancel your order. In this case, you may qualify for up to a full refund.

After Work Has Started
Once we’ve begun researching, drafting, or producing your custom solution, the order is considered “in progress.”
Because this work is custom-built for you and cannot be resold, it normally becomes non-refundable.

After Delivery
Once your completed file/solution is delivered, the sale is final.

Quality / Instruction Match Clarification Window
If the delivered file clearly does not follow the original written instructions you submitted at checkout (for example: wrong topic, wrong course, wrong question set), you must contact us at ceo@mysupertutors.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review:

  • The instructions you originally provided, and

  • The file we delivered.

If we confirm a clear mismatch, we will aim to correct or revise the work at no extra charge. Refunds for Writing Help are considered only if we cannot deliver a corrected version aligned to your original instructions.

We do not offer refunds based on grade outcome, professor preference, changed instructions, missed class policies, or academic penalties.

3. Course Packs / Course Support Bundles

“Course Packs” include (as applicable) pre-recorded video lessons, solved assignments, mock exams, summaries/cheat sheets, and access to a tutor for clarification.

Instant Access = Final Sale
As soon as access is granted to the course materials, the purchase is considered delivered in full.

Because digital course materials can be viewed, copied, or downloaded immediately, Course Packs are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable after access is granted.

Exception – Technical Access Failure
If you pay and cannot access the Course Pack due to a verified technical issue on our side (for example, you never received login credentials or the link provided does not work and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time), contact us at ceo@mysupertutors.com within 24 hours of purchase.
If we confirm you never actually received usable access, we may either restore access or process a refund.

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” “I no longer need this course,” “exam already passed,” or similar reasons.

4. Live 1:1 Online Tutoring Sessions

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange a new time with the same or a similar tutor.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a credit or partial refund.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or you do not attend (“no-show”), the session is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Session Quality Issues
If a tutor does not arrive or there is a verified technical failure that prevents the session from happening at all, contact us at ceo@mysupertutors.com within 24 hours. We will attempt to either (a) reschedule at no extra cost, or (b) offer a refund/credit.

We do not refund because you “didn’t like the answer,” you wanted a specific exam solution provided live, or you requested work that violates academic policies.

5. How To Request a Refund / Cancellation

Step 1: Email us at ceo@mysupertutors.com with:

  • Your full name and contact email/phone

  • Order ID or payment reference

  • Service type (Writing Help / Course Pack / Live Tutoring)

  • Reason for the request

  • Any supporting screenshots or files

Step 2: We review your request and confirm whether it meets the conditions above.

Step 3: We approve, partially approve, offer revision/alternate delivery, or deny.

6. Processing Timelines

If a refund is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank / card issuer / payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or card networks.

If a credit is issued instead of a cash refund, the credit will be applied to your Super Tutors account or noted by email.

7. Delivery / Shipping Policy

  • All Writing Help deliverables are sent digitally (download link / dashboard / email).

  • Course Packs are delivered by granting you online access.

  • Tutoring is delivered live via an online session.

  • There is no physical shipping, packaging, or courier service.

An order is considered “delivered” once:

  • We send you the completed Writing Help file,

  • We enable access to a Course Pack, OR

  • The scheduled tutoring session takes place (or you miss it).
